Giancarlo Benazzi
I earned my degree in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and began my practice managing complex systems for high-security environments, including Morgan Guaranty Trust and Bank of America.
Across my career I have founded and led engineering firms delivering critical infrastructure at scale, supplying more than 95 control rooms across Italy and installing 60,000 electricity meters in partnership with ENEL. Since 2008, as Founder and CEO of HELIOSWATT srl, I have focused on serving international institutions and UN agencies.
My work is defined by strict adherence to compliance frameworks and a focus on long-term operational resilience. When you trust us with your power, security, and safety systems, you have my commitment that they will perform reliably for decades to come.

Laura Malucelli
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Laura Malucelli leads marketing, digital growth, and brand strategy for HELIOSWATT. She brings over two decades of experience across communication, search engine marketing, e-commerce, and AI-driven brand strategy, working with both commercial enterprises and non-profit organizations.
Her work spans the design and management of digital campaigns and websites for companies and NGOs, with a focus on social networking, e-commerce, marketing, and fundraising. She has delivered campaigns for social and public-interest organizations, building audience-facing digital environments that drive engagement, reach, and measurable outcomes.
As a technical SEO expert and strategist, Laura has worked with domestic and international search platforms to increase revenue, traffic, leads, and audience growth for clients across multiple sectors. She has founded and managed several successful companies and is a published author.
Laura's commitment to social impact extends beyond commercial work. She has volunteered for over two decades with organizations focused on economic empowerment and access to education, supporting outreach programs that improve livelihoods in underserved communities.
She holds a Master's Degree in Digital Communication and SEO from Universidad San Jorge and a Master's Degree in Communication, Marketing and Social Media from the Universitat de Barcelona. Laura works across five languages, including English and Catalan, supporting international and multilingual engagements.

Tony Cornish is the founder and managing partner of Brand Buddy, a digital marketing agency he has owned and led for over twelve years. Brand Buddy has served more than 500 brands, managed over $100 million in advertising spend, and generated more than $350 million in revenue for the companies it works with. The agency delivers creative branding, advertising, and marketing built around measurable commercial outcomes.
Tony is a serial entrepreneur with a record of building and exiting companies. He has founded and built consumer beverage brands, including one he and his partners sold for close to $30 million, working with major retail, hospitality, and supply partners.
At HELIOSWATT, Tony serves as Director of Delivery and Quality Assurance, bringing two decades of brand, marketing, and commercial leadership to a company built on a proven technical delivery record. He owns the disciplines that institutional and government clients depend on: meeting deadlines, holding work to consistent quality standards, and managing every engagement to clear, accountable outcomes. Applying the same execution rigor that scaled hundreds of brands and drove successful exits, he ensures HELIOSWATT's technical capability is delivered on time, to specification, and to the standards expected by partners such as the United Nations and other public institutions.
