Our Approach to UN Tenders
We prepare every submission to clear the technical evaluation first. In most United Nations Requests for Proposal, a proposal must reach a minimum qualifying technical score before its financial envelope is opened. Bids that fall short are set aside and their pricing is never considered.

In an Invitation to Bid, technical requirements are a pass or fail prerequisite and the award follows the lowest compliant price. In a Request for Proposal, technical merit and price are scored together, often weighted 70 to 30, and the award goes to the highest combined score.
